Setting up businesses and unleashing your potential
Wow, finally back to writing the blog. So much has happened since I last sat down and blogged. Well where do I begin.
Maybe the beginning is a good place to start.
I presented at the Boston Conference in America. I really have to say, what a lovely bunch of people. What a great atmosphere, I was almost sad to leave, but then I thought of my girls and had to come home.
Interesting that when I gave my final presentation, there were a few technical hitches, such as the microphone stopped working (I think that was my fault, trying to step off the stage whilst attached by a cable). I think I have loads more tales to tell in my public speaking courses now. Experience is a good thing, the good, the bad and the ugly. Talking about the last one did they really have to freeze frame my face on on the screens at the side of the stage at the point where I looked liked someone out of the movie, Dawn of the Dead. Still lucky that I have a sense of humour.
One of my up coming courses is EFT Marketing. Having started my first business at 22 years old this is a subject close to my heart. Throughout the years I have heard so many people say they are going to do this or that, very few ever do. What stops them?It all comes down to how you think, as Gary says, the writings on your wall. My EFT Marketing course focusses quite alot on identifying the beliefs and ideas that don’t work for you and tapping them out.
However since I quite love technical stuff, (you will not believe what I learn’t to do in the last two days creating podcasts, scripting content, interviewing client’s, handing the BT phone system), we will be looking at websites and their promotion as well as press releases.
Incidently the first step to setting up a business is setting your intention. When you set your intention you want to just check by going internally , how much do you believe that you will do it. Is your intention, token? Listen to what your mind says after you set the intention and if it conflicts with you setting your business up, tap it out. Tap until you believe that you will actually set up your business.
As to starting up new businesses, I have just set up an EFT Retreat with two of my colleagues. This will be real fun. I love doing deep transformation work. I find that when you do EFT in this type of environment you get some great bonding and friendships set up in the group.
Well with that I am signing out for now.
Best wishes,
Tania
Forgot to mention that I presented at the Ilkley conference as well. Another great event with great people.
