Inner Child Work: Why Re-Integration is important

Hi,

I have always found inner child work fascinating. Many issues have their foundations in childhood. (Many have them even before birth but I will write about that another time).

Inner child work is the term used to describe working with the child within you. Working with the inner child in therapy and resolving the issues the child had, can help people resolve current problems in their life.

EFT can be a powerful tool for working with the inner child. Their is an art and skill to this work. The new process that I developed, Deep State RePatterning commonly works with the inner child. One of the main things that I have discovered doing this work is that once all of the inner child’s issues are resolved, there is one more step you need to take. When I say resolved I don’t just mean clearing the emotions, I also mean clearing all the beliefs and values that the child formed that are unhelpful to them. Once you have done this, you need to re-integrate, bring the child back into the adult in order to create wholeness.

This stage can only be done when the adult has love for the inner child and the child is fully healed and feeling good within themselves. Many people have described this stage of Deep State RePatterning as feeling part of their “soul return”.

All the best,

Tania
