Improving Your Golf with EFT
EFT can be a powerful tool for improving sports performance. Anne Yates an EFT Advanced(Level 3) Practitioner has kindly donated the following addition to my blog. Anne is a keen golfer, although by her own admission she has a little bit to go to be up there with the likes of Tiger Woods. Still who knows, she has a secret weapon (or not so secret weapon…………EFT). Tiger watch out!
All the best,
Tania
The weather was improving and my mind was tuning into the idea of venturing out on to the golf course again. I hadn’t even held a golf club for five months and the thought of going out to play again with people that I knew were 100% better at golf than me was a daunting thought. I decided to book a lesson with the local pro at the golf range to see how bad I was and, as I drove myself there, thought I really need to tap on this sinking feeling I was experiencing. As I pulled into the golf range car park, I decided to tap on:
“Even though I am crap at golf I completely and totally love and accept myself”.
“Even though I know I am going to be crap in my lesson I completely and totally love and accept myself”.
“Even though I’m not going to be able to hit the ball more than 20 yards …. I completely accept myself anyway”.
Eye Brow: “I’m crap at golf”
Side of the Eye: “I’m going to be crap in my lesson”
Under the Eye: “I’m not going to be able to hit the ball more than 20 yards”
Under the Nose: “I’m really crap at golf”
Chin: “I am going to be absolutely crap in my lesson”
Collar Bone: “I am not going to be able to hit the ball more than 20 yards.”
Under the arm: “I am just so crap at golf”
The result – an amazing lesson with nearly every ball going straight and even hitting 150 yards!!!! Unheard of for me. Roll on my next golf lesson!
